I once wondered what relevance
ISO9001 Quality Management had, to what is a
technical profession. I can now say it has total
relevance.
Our first goal when introducing a
quality management system was to monitor our
customers’ satisfaction levels. And this is the
key goal of any quality system – to monitor your
results so improvements can be made. Unless your
results are recorded and regularly analysed, how
can any firm know if what they are doing meets
their customers’ expectations?
We would like to express our
gratitude to External Quality Management Limited
for assisting us in the preparation and
introduction of our current quality system. Now
that we have introduced our system, we are
presently awaiting our ISO9001 inspection that
will allow us to formally display the above
logo.
